End of Life Best Practice Workshop – Book Your Place Now
We’re pleased to invite care home colleagues to the second End of Life Best Practice Workshop, delivered by the Yorkshire & Humber Care Home Support Network and hosted by the Improvement Academy.

This workshop is designed specifically for frontline staff working in care homes and follows on from a successful session held in July. Based on positive feedback and continued interest, we’re offering this repeat session to support more staff in delivering compassionate, high-quality end of life care.
