The Yorkshire and the Humber Care Association Alliance (YHCAA) is a collaborative group of local care associations providing a collective voice and support network to independent, private and VCSE adult social care providers across Yorkshire and the Humber. We are a member of the national Care Association Alliance and work closely together towards an improved social care and health experience for every person who accesses services or works in the care sector.

We aim to:

• Work collaboratively to provide one strong voice for independent, private and VCSE Adult Social Care providers across Yorkshire and the Humber
• Ensure residents in Yorkshire and the Humber receive high quality care from well-trained knowledgeable staff who feel valued for what they do
• Be a strategic partner organisation, liaising with Yorkshire and the Humber Social Care and Health partners and senior leaders to influence care sector decision making.
